A Desire For Better Aesthetics In Specimen Displays
LapLabels was born out of a collector’s frustration with the status quo. The hobby of collecting mineral specimens has evolved to be akin to the collection of fine works of art, and yet we have seen no advances in the labels and signage to accompany nature’s art.
Our goal is to elevate the quality of displays for both dealers and collectors with museum quality labels, as well as to innovate by making detailed information and video documentaries about specimens available to viewers through QR codes.
